This is going to be a rather short post. I just have one thing to write about and then I’m off to make myself lunch and then to go fail a midterm.

*drum roll*

Ryan and I got the apartment!!! There are pictures posted on flickr for you to view. Granted the pictures are pretty blah since there is no furniture, but that will all change as of Aug 2nd when we move in!!!

I think I’m going to look into getting a restraining order against a certain someone. He called me again last night. Twice to be exact. The first time was around 1:16am and I just let it ring and ring, the second time I answered it and told him to leave me alone because I was sleeping. He kept saying that he was going to come over and I kept telling him that I didnt want to see him. He told me he had money for me and I said great, put it in an envelope and I’d give him an address to mail it to (obviously not my address). He has no idea where I’m living, he just knows the area, so the fact that he could be out waiting for me (he has alot of time on his hands) scares me.

In other news, the bank called me today about the fraud case. In about a week or so a letter should be sent home regarding the matter and an answer as to if I’ll be getting my money back or not.

Life is way to stressful right now. Still waiting to hear back about the apartment. Tomorrow morning I’m going to call if I hear nothing by tonight.

Back to studying for midterms.

For the past two days Ryan and I have been running around, ok well more like walking around in the heat and taking the bus whenever we can. We managed to drop off the rental lease agreement and deposit, and do some shopping for stuff we want. We ended up finding a fouton for about $200 and an AC unit for around the same price. We figured that since we are saving $300 off first months rent we will get the AC unit right away and budget for the fouton since Sears said they always have them and we can order it at any time. I would actually prefer to get it for the date that we move since we will have a truck, and my parents helping out, but who knows if we can save enough money by then. We also looked at cogego for phone and internet while at the mall. I’d like to shop around for that as well, since their prices were a little highter then I originally wanted to pay. We also ended up seeing The Dark Knight. It was amazing. I loved it, I have nothing but good reviews about the movie, but I wont spoil it, so just go and see it.

Today Ryan and I went for a walk downtown and then ended up back at the mall. We shopped at chapters and I finally was ble to find an agenda for school. I’ve felt so lost without one. I also got a present for Cassie (but she has to wait till her wedding to get it) and some leggins since the ones I was wearing at the time ripped on me.

I shoud probably head to bed so I can get some decent sleep in. Tomorrow I have to go grocery shopping, and I want to get that done early in the morning if its not raining and hot out.

So, I forgot to mention that I heard back from the bank about my claim for fraud. It’s been a few months that I’ve been dealing with it, and I kinda forgot about it, untill they emailed me asking for a phone number to contact me at, so I’m waiting for them to actually contact me. However, someone did contact me and it shocked the shit out of me. Ryan was over when he called. He being the ass who stole my card and then stole my money which is why I’m having to do this whole fraud investigation in the first place. I answered the first call having no idea who it was and then talked for a few mins, then he hung up so I left it at that. When he called back again Ryan wouldnt let me answer, so he kept calling and calling and calling. I think in total he called over 4 times. I dunno what to do..I never expected him to call, so I think I’m going to have to talk to my parents about this.

I’d write more but I have to go grab my laundry out of the dryer before someone takes it out for me.

[Edit @ 12:32] - Turns out tickets from NYC to Detroit are way to expensive and my friend cant make it. It sucks, cuz I was really looking forward to it, but its ok. Life goes on right.

I have a doctor’s appointment in about half an hr, and then a midterm at 4pm today and then I have a friend visiting for the night.That’s about the extent to my excitement at the moment.

On Friday, Ryan and I have to drop off the lease papers and the deposite for the apartment that we want. I hope we get it. We looked at it over a week ago and I wanted to hand in the papers asap so that the credit check could be done right away, but with going home for the wedding and then school and everything else, its just been so hard to get time to take the bus all the way to the other side of windsor and then cab it to the apartment. I dont have the 3+ hrs its going to take to do it, so I figured I would leave it till my day off. Let’s hope everything works out in our favour.

In other news, I received all my college information at my parents house yesterday, so when I head back home I have to look over all that stuff. My mom tried to explain it to me over the phone, but its so confusing that way. It’s nothing important, except the fact that I need a police background check, which I already have so I just have to find out if its good enought.

Other then that, nothing really has been going on. I’m still waiting on my cell phone to be repaired and trying not to use the loaner phone because its a piece of crap. I cant hear the other person on the line and my text messages are not sending properly so that’s annoying.

I’d better each breakfast and then head off to the doctors.
